Dining Room

The open concept nature of the dining and kitchen areas mean each are an extension of the other. I found a great vintage farmhouse table and chairs set up at a great vintage shop in Tannersville that worked perfect for the space, and if you haven’t seen my table sizing vlog you can watch that below to help you size your dining table appropriately. I anchored the table with 3 simple Danish style pendants from Kichler, and centered it on the new picture window and double casement from Renewal by Andersen.

Lastly, its worth noting that opening up the wall here to a 16’ opening gave us a lot more pass-through space, as this is the most narrow part of the home, so having the additional space that pushes right into the hallway makes everything flow very nicely between spaces and alleviates what would have otherwise been a choke point in the floor plan.
